@Amanda: Thanks for the list! Besides the machine I needed splicing accessories too. @Ethan: East Coast (NYC). I called everywhere. The few spots that did offer rentals are out of business.
I did contact Millennium but no one returned my messages. There were 3 other businesses in the Brooklyn area also with similar services and they were out of business. The one option I'm leaning towards is to digitize the film footage and edit off computer.
