Exporting Apple ProRes from Windows directly off premiere &/or After Effects

Hello, For the past 2 years I've been struggling and had lost great opportunities in the past because I have been unable to export in the Apple ProRes codec on Windows. I had done my researched and been looking around for months to find a solution but with all the forms I looked through and all the websites that had offered such a service are outdated and have stopped selling their products to export ProRes on Windows, thus forcing me to buy a MAC computer that I don't have the money for. Is there any alternative and solution for this? I tried Cinemartin but they had stopped selling the separate plin plugin and forced people to buy a bundle pack that I can't afford, I also looked into Miraizon but they had been bought out in January of this year and stopped their sales. I would try FFMpeg but that would mean I have to export in a existing setting on my PC and convert it to Apple ProRes. Can anyone help? Is there an alternative and solution? I would very much appreciate it! Thank you!

Not sure if this is useful to you, but consider paying more and getting an assimilate scratch subscription. Sure it is more expensive than Adobe CC, but you up your game and you are able to charge more and expand your services to include online vfx work etc. Scratch is able to export to prores on a Windows machine. Do a comparison of the price and see if it fits.
