Wow, this is massive and an unbelievable studio in Echo Park. This is great considering the massive rise of docuseries and documentaries being greenlit across the streamers.

I agree when creative people gather, the energy is so powerful. Having available access to facilities for production and one that promotes positive collaboration is such a treat for creatives. The idea of like-minded people coming together to work on their projects in such a hospitable environment is fantastic. Who knows what ideas and projects will come to life just by a chance meeting?
This is huge and a win for the neighborhood and for doc producers.
