I came across this website recently, and found it to be very useful for analyzing your room for sound mixing. https://amcoustics.com/ I am in the process of room treatment, and this is one of the coolest set of tools to help me along the way.

I found some problems with my audio book picking up too much background noise. Not so much a problem with the room but rather background noise. Had to use Pop and Noise Removal using the sound editor Wave Pad.
