Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone out there has any insight into the ways that raising money for post-production (say, when you already have a completed rough cut of something) can differ from the typical fundraising options independent filmmakers with limited resources pursue at the outset. For example, I covered the initial budget through crowdfunding and would very much like to avoid having to do that again if at all possible.
Thanks so much in advance to anyone who has any thoughts to share.
All the best,
Michael

The best path is for you to pay with your own money, savings, credit card.

The hard truth is, as Lindbergh E Hollingsworth said. Your own money, or your family, friends and those who love you.

Michael - there are many resources out there for post-production grants, have you looked into that?
I also suggest reaching out to Moonshine Post in ATL - they are a phenomenal team who champions independent filmmakers.
