Post-Production : Special Effects by Anthony Michael Hobbs

Hello. I am an 11 year old filmmaker. I need someone that can add special effects to one scene of my latest short film "Agent Hollywood". I need someone to add a laser coming from a watch that freezes a henchman. All one shot and all one scene. I haven't had any luck finding someone to help me with this. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
