Last year I attended AFM (American Film Market) and got several Sales Agents interested in my zombie flick that we shot a short version of (it can be viewed here): http://youtu.be/ZtUGnVHSUfk My first project "Necromentia" was distributed on Red Box, Chiller Channel and is currently still available on iTunes. It was also well received at the Cannes Film Festival and was dubbed in French and Japanese for international distribution, so we have a track record! If anyone knows any true-blue equity investors out there, let me know as I can forward you (you would become an Executive Producer) the Finance Plan from my attorney in L.A. Our film is ALSO Section 181 eligible (100% tax write-off for year invested) and we're shooting in and around the famous Cowtown Studios early 2015. I am also accepting head-shots at this time. I'm looking at $5M. We have formally filed and eligible for Section 181(100% tax write-off) and are working with Highland Film Group and Lionsgate to get A-List talent attached. I will have a Film Finance Plan completed by my attorney in L.A. by the end of this month. I working on being one of the few female directors in the horror genre. :)
