I'm Just Going To Do It

My question is, what are the best resources for finding unproduced scripts? I'm interested in handling the finance aspect of film-making and starting to bring a team of people together. I just haven't found that special story. I am sure I'm not using Stage32 properly as a resource, but I'd like to make an announcement and start actively seeking out that script? Where else can I invite scriptwriters to send in their work for review?

Michael Wearing

Mikita if you post in the screenwriting section I have little doubt you will be inundated with people willing to submit scripts. I have A British crime film I'm trying to raise finance on. I also have scripts more suitable for the American market. I wouldn't however submit to a company unless I had done my research and was reasonable convinced they were serious and had the capability of raising the required funds. So it might be useful for you to post a little more about the company. And also consider how you are going to filter the wheat from the chaff.

I too have a web series that is relevant, timely and has good moral value. Yet it isn't dull. You can contact me through Stage 32 if you would like to talk

Jay Harez

I have scripts available and would be glad to send them to you for your review.

Jennifer Norton

I too would be interested in submitting to your group Nikita!

Most screenwriters, like myself, host scripts on their Stage 32 profiles under Loglines. Posting a job announcement on Stage 32 will net you a bunch of scripts. Mandy.com, SimplyScripts and InkTip are also good resources.

Shawn Speake

You could post in the JOBS SECTION. Types of scripts you're looking for and the budget. Happy Memorial Day Weekend!
