Back in a Boris Frame of MInd - coming back to an abandoned project

I'm so excited that 6 years later we are finally in pre-production on our 4th season of our Action/Adventure web series "and Boris" ( www.andboris.com). We had a fall out with a collaborator in 2011 that ended with him having our you tube channel wrongfully deleted and leaving us with another half a season in the can unfinished. It's been painful to leave something we worked so hard on and even harder to come back. Now, thanks to a weird series of circumstances, we are in pre-production for a 4th season and this will be better than ever (we shot our first season on a Cannon Power shot in 4x3 movie mode and we have access to a 4k this go around) We started the show when my husband and I lost our jobs back 2009 and the whole thing has been about using whatever we had to make the best story we could. I am so proud of what we accomplished and so excited to take it to the next level! What projects have you abandoned, eating away at the back of your brain? Time to let go or time to revive?

Jennifer, congratulations to you for coming back to an abandoned project. I've found that when time passes it doesn't necessarily heal all wounds, but it certainly helps you get a new, fresh perspective on the project, plus wisdom to go along with it. There's one project that I have that I just need to cut the cord - it's a 100% concrete answer for that one. But others, I always think it's great to revive with a new perspective.
