This Documentary is about Section 377 pertaining to criminalization of LGBTQ community in India and the debates and deliberations going on in this regard. Recently the Supreme Court of India has also agreed to review its earlier decision of overturning the order of the Delhi High Court. However the court has again reiterated that it is the ultimate responsibility of the Parliament to undo the law. Fortunately the present Government in India is also supportive of the Freedom of Individuals and their choices in life. As such there is an immediate need to create a public awareness and opinion formation against this archaic draconian legacy British law called Section 377.In the light of this we are producing a full length feature documentary on this issue. The film will dwell in detail about the draconian law and its implications. It will bring about the travails and tribulations of the community through actual stories of individuals. It will also narrate the suffering and trauma faced by the members of the community in India apart from bringing about a vivid picture of their status across the world.
