Does ANYONE use Monday.com for PMing?

Their new ad is now geared towards Production Management, not just Project Management. To say the least, I'm skeptical LOL!

Do you use it? What has been your experience? Sound off below!

I have used other Project Management platforms( Basecamp) for my production but they are usually very generic and doesn't suit the unique workflow that a film production requires.

I have found the online PM experience using several different systems to be self-defeating and to even work against proper management and creative development. Programmers and website designers miss the point of management entirely, which is about CONTROL and DIRECTION. They design platforms and services which are about DISSEMINATION and ACCESS, very nice social media concepts, but poor management concepts.

Viknesh Silvalingam Yeah, that's kind of how I feel about them, too. I much prefer software made for the intricacies of the industry.

Shadow Dragu-Mihai, Esq., Ipg Agreed - one and done 'cause no one has time for that anal-rentive rehashing LOL!

Have either of you worked with Jungle Software with either Chimpanzee or Gorilla versions? It was an indie standard if you couldn't afford EP for a while and it looks like it's still going: https://www.junglesoftware.com/products/chimpanzee_home.php

Karen "Kay" Ross I haven't used their software yet, but I have looked at it carefully and am discussing with them to be a sponsor for a Production Management/Line Producing seminar I am putting together.

Shadow Dragu-Mihai, Esq., Ipg Sweet! You should - they have been super easy to work with in the past, or at least were in 2014-15.
