Hiring crew

Other than Stage 32, are there any other good websites that are commonly used for hiring crew for film?

Steven Harris Anzelowitz

Yes. And you can GOOGLE them but give our community a shot first. Why? Glad you asked. I have (3) copyrighted scripts I had help in finishing thanks to Stage32. I have 47 cast & crew thanks to Stage32 all without spending one red cent. But if you have $$ and want to spend it looking elsewhere be my guest. I prefer to keep it "In The Family"

Good luck.

I see results in google, but I thought I'd reach out for ones recommended by the Stage 32 community. I have posted jobs here, but don't receive many applicants. I want to broaden my search.

Danny Villanueva Jr. Understood. Good idea. One more suggestion. Have you thought of subscribing to @imdbpro? It is only $21 a month. And I find having the e-mail addresses of agents and managers of A-listers a big help. But, up to you. It's JUST A SUGGESTION

Danny Villanueva Jr. Sorry my bad you were looking for CREW not CAST. So @imdbpro.com won't help you with crew, just cast, Good Luck.

Check out: staffmeup.com --- also check out your local or state film commission. Often there's a database with a crew directory.

As Lindbergh E Hollingsworth said, depending on the state you live in, there should be a state-wide database for crew for hire. For example, Illinois has a nice database for this. Obviously this doesn't help when living in a state that isn't film savvy (aka, no tax incentives) but if that's the case, you won't find dedicated, experienced crew members near you anyways. If needing crew and if Stage32 isn't finding you what you need, I would suggest putting a post on Craigslist. Hope this helps!
