Stage manager?

Moving to Off-Broadway again with an eye. toward Broadway when lo and behold our good Stage Manager get very ill and leaves town. So for months I am doing everything trying to get back on schedule and get the correct cast member for each particular part that had a cast member leave because of lack of motivation and organization provide by our stage manager and am now pretty much there. But the question is where to find one that has all the capabilities and can not only help a play get on stage quickly, but who also has the capability to run the show after it gets on stage and is affordable for now. And now I'm so busy, I haven't had time to look even if I knew where or how. Any ideas?
