Quick question - and it tends to lean towards the ladies - just curious, who here has an active membership/or in the past has worked with WIF, Women in Film or WIFV, Women in Film and Video? To up my network ante, I'm considering joining and before I pay up, I would love to hear from some members about the benefits of membership.

hi Cherelyn, I'm not going to try it, you try it.. hey lets get Mikey. It's hard: impossible to change the system unless you're in it. However, I might wait for the feminist furor to die down. I personally don't want to ask for favours just because of my gender. Neither do I have a cause, other than Truth, Justice and Beauty - that does not discriminate. It's the arts. not politics. And yes, we women work harder to get the same results but find your tribe - my tribe are the adventurous. Theresa
