As they say - it's 10% inspiration and 90% perspiration. If you are a writer, start with the 10 minute rule. make yourself sit down every day and write... something, anything... for 10 minutes. Don't STOP at 10 minutes unless you have run out of writing. But don't stop before 10 minutes.

Determine what your 'creative abilities' are, and then do everything in your power to make it interesting.
Find different techniques and styles, enjoy a master class, connect with others who are also strong in the areas you are in and learn from them.
If you find that you are still uninspired, then maybe you should channel your energy elsewhere. You won't find fulfillment without inspiration.
