"Scumbag" to have North American premiere at Queens World Film Festival!

"Scumbag" just had a successful world-premiere at the 46th International Film Festival Rotterdam where it played to 3 sold-out shows at 500-seat theaters! The Polysh, a prominent entertainment magazine from China said it was "the most crazy and experimental film" at IFFR and only other film worth noting other than Cate Blanchette's "Manifesto". Local Dutch paper, De Recencent, ranked Scumbag the 25th Best Film at IFFR (out of 400) trailing behind Academy Award-nominated films, Moonlight and Jackie. In just one screening, the film has been covered in 35 publications around the world.

Catch the North American Premiere for Scumbag at Queens World Film Festival on Saturday, March 18th at 8pm in the Museum of Moving Image (Redstone Theater). It has been nominated for Best Ensemble Narrative Feature as well as Best Director Narrative Feature at QWFF7. The film will also be having its Pennsylvania premiere at Philadelphia Independent Film Festival on April 29th.
