Only positive I found is No 11 can upload photographs.
Inserting graphics and photos into a PDF can be done with free online PDF editors.

I'd avoid adding photographs in your screenplay. The powers that be will not approve.
Yeah your right @Phil about screenplays should be free of photos but often I use Final draft to give “skeleton” idea for final printer/publisher for other projects such as ideas for E books etc.
