Screenwriting : I created a scripted series by Aaron Hawkins

HI my name is Aaron Hawkins and I made new sitcom project called "The Ronnie Show" and its about a gay black man named Ronnie who has his own TV show and his co-workers Manny an Tammy an the intern Leslie are also his friends. He lives in the Lincolnwood neighborhood of Chicago an his next door neighbor Neisha is also his friend. His life is going well until his delinquent younger brother Alex moves in with him and brings all his issues with him, as Ronnie tries to balance working, finding love, an the crazy life situations WHILE TRYING TO STAY SANE! (LOL)

The show is a no-holds back comedy which also touches on critical issues such as LGBT, racism, sexual assault, black men on the "down low", Ronnie has an encounter with President Trump and also a two part episode season finale which is based off the Parkland shooting.......since they brought back "Roseanne" as a trump supporter, I figure The Ronnie Show is a more urban and progressive version but with a mixed cast, and plus with all these "reboots" Hollywood is doing, it'll be a breath of fresh air to see something original! I showed some raw snippets of the script to my followers on social media who are in the age demographic the show aims at and THEY LOVE IT!
