I found this interesting, but please take into consideration that this is from 2013 and the demand for content has increased by roughly 200% due to the growing number of streaming services. Thoughts?

Like Newman from Seinfeld .. and the mail
John August (Big Fish, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Go, The Nines, etc) read for a studio for three years (3 a day, about 1500). He only ever suggested two scripts and got in trouble for both suggestions.
