Screenwriting : Looking to shoot a short Sci-Fi very soon by Chris Tevebaugh

Im going to propose a Sci-Fi to the state board for a grant. My last proposal gave me this movie http://www.indiegrits.com/qa-with-christopher-tevebaugh/ anyway I have a few Ideas but because of the successes of my last movie I feel I need to step it up a notch.
