Tonight, we had our first meet up in Los Angeles for this new meet up group... The crew from stage 32 crashed the meet up...seems like it was a big success and lots of people showed up.
Lisa I just sent a note to the woman who planned last nights meet up in Los Angeles and asked if we could accommodate our next meet up during the dates you posted. Dorian...would love to have you join us as well. Fun group...

Hello, I will be in town Aug 15 - 17, for the Screenwriters World Conference, open for a meetup then.

There seems to be a meet up planned for BUSBYS on the AUG 12th....seems like we should just join them ....I'm all for moving it up a few days... anyone else care?
Great! Because it is changed to TUESDAY AUG. 12th 5-8 pm Busby's EAST. 5364 Wilshire Blvd. If you look under the lounge section...meet ups you will see the change. So far about 8 people have said they will come on the different threads that I posted on. Everyone said Tuesday is better. We will be joining and networking with the other meet up group that already had it planned at Busbys.
It's also $1 tacos at Busbys on Tuesdays...there's many rooms on the second floor...the film meetup event we're crashing is in the big room....if stage 32 members decided to move to another room after....we can do that as well.
I think so too. I was at an fashion show/event there about a month ago. I walked through the different rooms on the first and second floor. I think I counted 3 bars in the building and a few lounges upstairs...as well as pool tables and other games. I think I may arrive early and shoot a bit of pool.
