I just made a short that was picked as one of the top 15 in an international competition. It's on YouTube: http://youtu.be/xs7UzQCwCa0 and Vimeo: http://vimeo.com/81675843 The whole film was made in one weekend and the audio guy who did our amazing sound design was found on Stage 32! Update: We won the top prize! Our film will be playing at Cannes this year and I'm going with one of the producers. Any advice on meeting with distributors would be greatly appreciated! Fun! Love to see Asheville creatives at work. I lived in Asheville for a bit -- and recognize the locations. I think that's the lake I used to live by -- and I can 100% see that Thai Basil dish being a big hit!
The audio guy is David Schmitt. I had never met him before even though I know most film people in the area. He was a great find!

Just watched this, it's absolutely brilliant.. did not guess the end, really funny and great filming as well, specially with the dog, that must have been really difficult to get the expressions, really great :)
