Success Stories: JUN'27 Radio Series

Musto Pelinkovicci

Radio Series

In these difficult times, I feel blessed to have just worked in 2 episodes of a radio series,The Black Book, James Patterson, writer/producer. It was a lot of fun and we are all happy with the results. I must say though that, unlike acting drunk on film, trying to sound drunk in audio recording wasn't easy but I tried and did my best. The sounds of my drunken laughs throughout the party scenes and my whimpering, crying and begging for my life at the end, got a lot of laughs and complements from everyone so, all in all, I think I did a pretty good job and it will be fun to listen to my episodes 6 and 7 when they air, sometime in November. I will keep you all posted and will look forward to your tuning-in and your support! Best, Musto

WL Wright

Sounds like you had fun Musto. I'll be tuning in.

Carl Pepper

Hey WL, howz the writing grind going? Progressing well I would presume. Give me a shout ....

KariAnn Assur

Awesome. Honing acting into voiceover is a different creature, isn't it? So glad you had a good time!

Rebecca D Robinson

Where would we find this radio show??

Musto Pelinkovicci

Hi KariAnn and Rebecca, yes, while acting is still very, very important for both, acting on screen is very different from voiceover-acting. Someone sounding drunk can definitely not be as convincing as when someone is also physically seen, appearing to be intoxicated. Thank you both and, thank you Rebecca for your inquiry. It's a 9 episode show that will air in November. I'll be sure to let you know and I thank you so much for your anticipated tuning in when the show airs. Please stay safe and God bless!
