Success Stories: MAY'3 Script Request By Whitewater Films!

Script Request By Whitewater Films!

On Friday afternoon I received an email from Joey alerting me about a script session taking place on Saturday. I saw the company developed a few films I truly enjoyed watching, so I figured why not? I decided to try my first pitch. Sent the written pitch to Joey Friday night, and as I was walking out of the theater this afternoon, I received an email with the good news... They requested my script!!! It's a great feeling. I don't post this to brag, but to encourage those who might be on the pitch fence. Don't put it off just because you're nervous. Take a chance. Put yourself out there.

Kimite Cancino

Zachary Rowell

Thank you! I hope the same for you. :)

Pete Stone

I like how you liked the ompany's other movies, as a very natural indication that there was a good chance they would likewise appreciate your sript, helps to emphasize the philosophy of "follow your Bliss." Congrats!

Zachary Rowell

Thank you, Kathryn! And yeah, Pete...that's what I was thinking! I figured there might be a connection there. Hopefully they enjoy the script. fingers crossed

Antonio Ingram

Alright, Zach!! This was bound to happen for you and that amazing idea you have. I'm very happy for you and I hope everything works out.

Zachary Rowell

Thanks, Aarthi and Antonio! I wish the same for both of you. :) It's just one step, but it's a step I would have missed out on had I not put my foot out in the dark.

Emma J Steele

Congratulations, Zachary, and for your first pitch too! Good luck with the read!

Laura Cross

Haha, thanks Devin. I'm not even sure I know how to brag. I'll practice for the next time, if there is a next time. ...damn I'm not off to a good start.
