Success Stories: NOV'5 Thank You, Stage32, and Members

A BIG "ShoutOut--Thank You" to RB and Stage32, along with fellow members and friends on here (you know who you are--big smiles). I actually received my first Industry "water ripple" here on Stage32, when the Happy Writers forum gave me a chance to pitch the fine professionals over at RAMO Law, who enlisted Packaging & Sales. From there drew confidence--I was able to pique the interest of a well-known actor/director to direct an upcoming proof of concept reel/trailer that will go out with the pilot script I wrote for my 1-hr drama, Badland Wives. Then a CGI-VFX team came on board... then a Sound Supervisor for "Batman vs Superman" and "Spiderman II & III"... and it kept coming, and growing. People really do want to help us content creators if we can just show them it's a moving train and that we will fight to the finish line no matter what. Auditions were scheduled. Crew was hired. NOW IT'S CROWDSOURCING TIME!... which is much different than crowdfunding, according to RB, to raise additional budgeted funds. Where do I go? I'm already waist-deep into Stage32's wealth of crowdsourcing info--including RB's "How to Promote Crowdfunding on Twitter" and helpful crowdsourcing tips on the David Bullis Podcast, plus much more. In the days ahead you'll be seeing our Badland Wives Crowdsourcing Campaign. Hopefully it will carry the knowledge of what I have learned here on Stage32---watching, reading, learning---along with tenacious spirit of its Members who strive daily for breakthrough.
