Great post. I remember when the title was listed in the possible credit job description in 2010. I think the reason we're not seeing #transmediaproducer more in the credits is because people are still trying to figure out just what this is. Many think all you have to do is throw up a Facebook page and open a Twitter or Instagram account, and whola! There's your transmedia and we didn't have to hire anyone specific to do it. Kind of like corporate North America, where the job of community manager is assigned to an intern or some dude that works in many other jobs. The ones who are doing it well know better.
