Kirk Johnson

Sounds good Bob :)

John O'Hara

I actually work part time for a radio station as the chief engineer that plays a lot of the old radio dramas. A show called "When Radio Was" airs every Saturday 11pm-12am on http://1300wmel.com and every Christmas eve the station airs a number of classics. I am very interested in looking into this and I do production sound mixing, do have a studio facility, have done voice recording for animation, and have a number of oral traditional storytellers. The studio is also capable of allowing remote directing via Skype.

Kirk Johnson

Sounds great John. Check out our site and then we can talk more about this if you like.

Kirk Johnson

Accents are not a problem at all, as long as your English can be clearly understood.

Hi Seika! Looks like you would make a great addition to our team! We're going to be posting parts to audition for shortly here on the site & with subscribing you'll receive those postings automatically. Nice VO demo you have there and I'm curious as to which episode of Warehouse 13 you were in, I used to watch that show. From your website it looks like you would be a good candidate for helping direct with the audio series we're producing. My email is intergalacticspacerangers@gmail.com - if you could drop me a note there letting me know what level of involvement you would be interested in with this project that would be great. Thanks!

Mayr Berry

Very cool!!!

Seika Groves

Hey Kirk.. great I shall email you re involvement as for Warehouse 13 I played the Queen in the episode a Faire to Remember. Season 5. One of those gigs where I was a principle had 3 lines and by the time it was edited i had nothing but i'm on screen and got paid. Played 2 roles in that one i'm also a pyrate.. while my pyrate role is mere fleeting seconds in the edited version apparently it will be part of the Easter egg for that episode when released on DVD.... one of those can the fans spot the actress playing 2 VERY different roles. There is a very funny moment between the court Herald and my pyrate persona which if people are paying attention will be the moment when ya just might figure out the Queen is a Pyrate or the Pyrate is the Queen LOL

Kirk Johnson

Hi Seika, I got your email, been swamped, will be responding to that shortly. Bummer out the lost lines :( But you're still in it, so that's a plus!

Kirk Johnson

Hi Mayr! Hope to see you get involved with our project.

Seika Groves

it happens Kirk hasn't been the first time an i'm sure it won't be the last.. nature of the game LOL

J Tom Field

So is this thing set or still developing. Been told I have a great voice for radio, or was that face. Which ever. I'll look at the site more but would love to help if you need it.

Kirk Johnson

We've already started production and are planning the release of the first episode on Halloween. This is a series of unrelated bizarre science fiction stories, so there will be lots of opportunities for participants along the way. Do you have VO demo? I see you're a screen writer, what genre?

Seika Groves

Hey Kirk.. looking forward to the updates...

Gregory Walston

How can I get my VO demo to you?

Kirk Johnson

Hi Gregory, you can send it to intergalacticspacerangers@gmail.com

Kirk Johnson

Just a quickie for you. The theme song is being composed right now and we have our host for the audio series, his name is Jordi, he's from Spain and you're going to love his voice - Working to wrap up our pilot script then we can pick up the pace :)

Seika Groves

Looking forward to it... i have signed into the forum and such so i shall await my commands from base ;)

J Tom Field

I do not have a VO demo and I do not have a proper recording facility immediately available, though that could be rectified in rather short order. As to what I write, I prefer to work in a wide range of genre and style. I am a huge fan of old b movie sci fi. I'll throw something together and can send it your way.

Kirk Johnson

Thanks John, you can send that to intergalacticspacerangers@gmail.com

Seika Groves

Hey Kirk just wanted to ask if anything has been going on as of late.. checked into the site saw it was going through updates etc...

Kirk Johnson

Yes, just posted audition information for the pilot of our audio series in the work forum.

Seika Groves

WOOT WOOT!!! super excited
