About Mario

I am an award-winning DP/Cameraman with over 20-years of experience. Since 1994, I have worked as a Broadcast News Cameraman in numerous television markets, including Chicago, Atlanta, and Charlotte, just to name a few. I transitioned to working as a freelancer in January 2007.

My work has taken me across the country and our borders.
I own my rigs and gear, supplementing additional equipment when necessary.
I treat all projects I am involved with as if they were my own, combining my editorial and creative insight,
to achieve the highest quality of work.

I have worked on several Reality Television shows seen on BET, Bravo, Discovery,
DIY, Fox Reality, Lifetime, MTV2, Style, TLC, TruTV, VH1, and WEtv.
I have also worked on a handful of domestic and international documentaries,
one of which won Best Documentary in 2011 at a film festival in Miami.
These experiences have also inspired me to venture into developing Reality and Docu-Series TV content.

I am a Midwest native, residing in the South with my beautiful and supportive family.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio/TV/Film, and pursuing a Master of Arts degree.
