Maxximillian Dafoe, multi-hyphenate screenwriter here.

My introduction to screenwriting was acting. It was the many scripts I read as an actress that introduced me to my love for screenwriting.

My signature themes are the perils of human nature, triumph and revenge. In anything I write you can safely expect challenging situations, wrongdoings and (the final solution) murder--well earned, mostly. My protagonists are always optimists because I’m one too, and I like to see us in action, winning despite ostensibly inauspicious circumstances.

Currently my screenwriting focus is a domestic suspense action-thriller series that I call THE ØLSENS based on a family first introduced in my dystopian romance novel MOLLYVILLE: HUMBLE BEGINNINGS. Current juiciest dream/goal: directing this series I’m writing (THE ØLSENS). I'm also one who is comfortable in front of the camera; I’ve done scores of commercials and music videos, and some film and dramatic television acting, stand up comedy, and have performed as a musician: singing/dancing, on stage live, on television and live at nightclubs, performing my own original music.

Creations I'm best known for: my three podcasts, two of my own audio dramas and a creative business podcast called Maxximillian Presents: THEMATIC, and my numerous voice acting roles on various audio dramas.
