Spotlight Season 3 Episode 6 Ghost Riders

Go Indie Now shines the spotlight on the indie film Ghost Riders as Joe Compton sat down with the Original Cinematographer Thomas Callaway and Verdugo Entertainment's Executive Producer Steve Latshaw. So this is not a time warp episode, this movie was released originally in 1987 but became one of the movies that Verdugo Entertainment sought to restore using the tools not available at the time of its original release. So Steve and Tom worked on the restoration together and along with several fun and interesting DVD/Blu-ray extras that they put on there, they talked about the process in this interview. Along with looking at the times as they were, are now, and what is missed and what is coveted from making films back in that era of when Ghostriders originally released. Ghostriders is about an outlaw gang hanged by a posse in the late 1880s comes back from the grave to terrorize the descendants of the posse's leader. It was made for a little less than $58,000 and filmed in Austin, TX with local cast and crew there. It is as Indie as Indie gets and we are excited to be showcasing it here.
