About the meetup
Please join us on Tuesday November 15th from 7-9pm at the McCowan Memorial Library in Pitman, NJ. From 7:00-7:30pm, you can network with your fellow screenwriters and filmmakers. Then at 7:30pm, the craft lecture will begin on Rewriting. You've written a draft (or two or three) and have gotten your feedback and/or coverage; now what? How should you attack the rewrite? How do you sort through all the notes and decide how much to change? The key to a successful screenwriting career is determining the note behind the note, receiving criticism and not be creatively debilitated by it, and elevating the quality of your next draft. After the lecture there will be time for Q&A.
