About the meetup
Please join us on Friday April 21st for the 7:15pm showing of The Lost City of Z at the AMC Voorhees 16 in Voorhees, NJ. After the movie, we will discuss the film over food and drinks at Ott's Voorhees Tavern. Please note, this theater does not have reserved seating, however you can purchase your ticket in advance.
This is a great opportunity to network and get to know your fellow writers and filmmakers in a fun and casual setting. Additionally, it is common practice among industry pros to see movies in the theater on opening weekends to gauge the audience's reaction. After the movie we will spend time evaluating the storyline and the movie's overall success, or lack there of. Everyone is welcome, including member's guests. Look for us in the lobby after the movie ends.
