About Mirjam

After finishing my Bachelor in Communication and Information Studies and a Master of Arts in Art Management, I started working at the Amsterdam based PR agency Herrie Film & TV in 2008, where I became a partner in 2012. In 2014 I moved to Berlin, where I founded the international arm of the company: NOISE Film PR.

NOISE Film PR is a boutique PR agency specialized in film and festival PR: from classic press work to targeted social media and outreach campaigns and consultancy. We have represented numerous clients, covering the full spectrum of film and TV producers, (film) festivals, sales agents, film distributors and broadcasters, focussing on international film and festival publicity and German and Dutch cinema releases.

Unique traits: I believe there is an audience for every film. Therefore each and every project is guaranteed its own, tailor-made – and therefore effective – campaign, based on a sound strategy.
