EDDIE THE EARTHLING

It’s gangster versus aliens when extraterrestrials abduct rising young Mafioso Eddie Segretti.
SYNOPSIS:

One hot summer night in 1985, Eddie Segretti, a rising star in New York’s Gambino Crime Family, is burying a body Upstate – when he’s suddenly abducted by extraterrestrials. (Think The Sopranos meets Taken meets The Prisoner, with Kevin Corrigan [The Departed, Pineapple Express, Fringe] or a Kevin Corrigan type as Eddie.)
Eddie’s abductors are the Nomyki – an advanced race ruled by females who have eliminated crime among themselves.Now on a long-range drive to do the same throughout the galaxy, the Nomyki study crime on other planets by abducting those worlds’ criminals for interrogation.
Aboard the Nomyki prison ship, Eddie’s interrogator is the aristocratic, intelligent, and, in an odd, extraterrestrial way, highly attractive Kassia. From clashing backgrounds – the orderly, female-ruled Nomyki and the male-dominated criminality of the Mob – she and Eddie develop a complex captor-captive relationship, often hostile, sometimes playful, and always with an undercurrent of sexual tension.
Between interrogations, Eddie faces the danger and violence of imprisonment among criminals of a hundred alien worlds and waits for an opportunity to escape.Naturally, Eddie kills time and makes both friends and enemies while building up mafia-style rackets trading in alien booze, drugs, weapons and prostitutes.
Meanwhile on Earth, a ruthless FBI agent tracking the bloody rise of future Gambino boss John Gotti takes advantage of Eddie’s disappearance – by telling the Gambinos that Eddie’s turned on them, and entered the Witness Protection Program.Now, even if Eddie does manage to escape – and make it back to Earth – the welcome he receives won’t be anything like the one he expects...and he has no idea Earth’s very survival may end up depending on him.

Hey, thanks Brent! You seem to be in the minority as far as Stage 32 goes. This thing was a Semifinalist with the Creative World Awards contest in 2013, but for whatever reason, I'm not getting many "likes" with this here. Oh well. Moral of the story is, don't write just one thing.
