About Phil

Originally from New Zealand, Phil now works in Australia from his studio in Kensington, Melbourne and has written the scores for Four Feature Films, a Television Mini-series, various Short Films (Australia, New Zealand and England) Corporate and Media projects (including International Product Launches in Australia, Singapore, Spain, North America, Argentina and France), TVCs, T.V and Film Trailers, Sizzle Reels, Ring Tones, Music for Websites, Contemporary Concerts and his own Solo Projects.

Phil has built a strong protfolio of music and has now secured relationships with various directors and producers in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, America and England, stepping Phil onto the international stage as a professional composer who can score for any high level production. Phil is also the inventor of the revolutionary learning device Classical Fingers for the clarinet, winning him a Melbourne Design Award 2013, Good Design Award 2014, a spot in the finals of the Premier’s Design Awards 2014 and is currently being exhibited at the Sydney Powerhouse Museum and was featured at Design Korea 2014 as part of the top best 200 designs in the world.
