In this video I use various clips from previous ones that I shot and created throughout my progress in 2009.Weighing in on January of 2009 @ 230 pounds, and 1 year later in January of 2010, going down to a lean 189! Move...Move...Move! You will never possess what you are unwilling to pursue. Race horses never win races while they are in stalls. God rewards reachers.
