I was wondering if anyone had any tips on what to do or what not to do with sluglines and loglines.

Sluglines, Loglines and Taglines are all completely different things. But there are seemingly dozens of threads on loglines in the lounge already..

Sluglines: Do use uppercase. Do not use times of day or night. Loglines: Do make them clear and concise, hit the three important elements. Do not make them too long.
