Dark Secrets

Happy New Year Everyone! Ok, it's 2015 and I recently came up with an idea screenplay for television, that I'd truly love for Lifetime Network/LMN to consider.....here is the Logline: Lies and deceit slowly unravel, when success, marriage and a newborn child, bring dark secrets and tragedy among a circle of long time friends. Your time and wonderful input, will be most appreciative and absolutely "fabulous!"

William Martell

That's too vague for a logline. You want specifics. To get your finished screenplay to Lifetime: watch for the production company credits on their films and target the companies that make films like yours. Note that their budgets are low, and you need to take that into consideration when writing the script.

Very familiar with all needed to do..mainly wanted opinion on the logline...but thank you as a lot of screenwriters just gettn in the business aren't aware of this procedure...Someone stated the Logline was too "vague" but I'm going with my logline for "Dark Secrets" in less than 30 words for submission to LMN....

Been writing going on five years now...Four screenplays; one book series in the making and one tv series ready to go...very familiar with all you have said however...I'm passed that. Will be working with a well known Entertainment Attorney in Atlanta and both of us will be meeting with a couple of reputable Agents also in Atlanta...As far as my Logline for "Dark Secrets" the screenplay is complete and registered with WGAw and now workn on the Synopsis and Logline..which seem more complicated to write than the screenplay itself smh anyway... Thank you for your feedback Lisa and now it's time to "Rock & Roll!"
