Greetings everyone. Been a while since I introduced myself in one of these weekends. I'm six months deep in the New York/New Jersey film scene, focusing mainly on developing my craft and career as a screenwriter while learning as much about production and the industry as I can. I have recently sold a short screenplay to a wonderful director in Australia who will be making it as her entry to Tropfest 2015. I've also been hired to adapt a story into a feature screenplay by a production company in Philadelphia, which I'm very excited about (which came about because of a Stage32 meet up!). For other work, I try to expose myself to as many sides of the industry as I can. I've been a director's assistant, a set PA, a casting intern, a commercial production intern, a production coordinator, and a videographer. Currently, a pilot I worked on in October has been picked up as a season and I work as their show PA until the end of April. It's been a crash course in learning this business and I've loved every second of it. Cheers to continuing to build up my body of work, improve my craft, and learning this wild and crazy world.
