Dale Sky Jones Dale Sky Jones serves as Chairwoman for the Coalition for Cannabis Policy Reform, and runs Oaksterdam University, providing quality training for the cannabis industry since 2007. When the media needs a credible source for information, Dale is the frequent go-to expert. She is considered one of the most influential women in the industry; she has a voice in setting national priorities and is an expert commentator on current events. Dale was a founding Board member for the National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA), and Californians to Regulate Medical Marijuana (CRMM). Dale is focused on creating a strong economy through regulation and alleviating civil rights issues, while developing avenues through which citizens and regulating authorities can be more confident in cannabis. Her remaining time is spent focused on ReformCA.com for the 2016 California election, and in legislative and local government meetings, attending various research and policy conferences, local community meetings and debates. Dale and her husband, veteran drug policy crusader Jeff Jones, stay busy keeping up with their two young sons, Jackson and Jesse.
