Success Stories: APR'10 THE FULL WALRUS…and Stage32's help getting it completed #>}

Hello, my name is Jason A. Wallace and I'm a Writer/ Director and Producer when I need to be, but I wanted to share a recent success story using Stage32. I've been making shorts the last 4-5 years getting better at my craft and last year was able to put together my 1st feature film THE DAY I DON'T REMEMBER. It made festival, like all my films have, but the thing that made it great was it was done with 5k and looked and sounded great in a real theater…and I was only able to do this with a lot of favors cashed in and some much needed help from people I met online using another source…BUT THIS TIME, I decided to try Stage32 for a crazy little short Idea I had after watching Kevin Smith's TUSK and Park Chan-Wook's CUT (short). So I gathered the troops for Production and got it in the can using KickStarter and a few $$$ of my own…https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1117868412/the-full-walruswhen-fascination-turns-deadly ---I had an Editor but no Post Sound people so I needed to reach out for some love and decided to use Stage32 this time because I've been in here for a stretch, but I started noticing that some really quality people were starting to join and thought, yep, let's reach out. To my surprise I received a ton of people from my Job post. I found an amazing man in Australia to do the score (Ronnie Minder) and a veteran Sound Designer in Manhattan Beach (Jacques DuLong) to do the Edit/ Mix….and I couldn't be happier!!!!
