Distribution : Mass DVD distribution by Johnny Gagnon

In regards to filming and finishing a film to which passes on a feature length production. What are the steps I need to take in regards to mass producing my newest movie? as far as sales, tax, copyrighting, trademarking, so on and so forth. I wanna be able to sell my movie at Walmart, Amazon, iTunes, Netflix you name it the whole nine yards. I need to know the steps because I don't know. if there's a sales agent out there reading this message now please help me.
