Introduce Yourself : Whole introduction thing.. by Zach Archer

My name is Zach, and I'm currently taking a semester off from Marshall University's Graphic Design program. I used to be a Computer Information Technology major, but figured out pretty quickly that that just wasn't for me. I've always have a passion for watching films and "attempting" to create my own. When I was younger I remember getting a "Digital Blue" camcorder. It was a battery operated video recorder that could easily plug into the computer. It came with an editing software so you could make your own little films. I was obsessed with it and definitely overused it. Once I decided that I no longer wanted to be in the CIT program, I knew for sure I would head in the Film Production direction. Sadly, the university I attend doesn't have a formal Film Production program, so I went with Graphic Design in the School Of Art and Design. I'm currently taking a semester off to figure out exactly what I want and plan on returning in the fall ready to finish my program, or either switch to Film Production if Marshall ever gets an actual program for it (which has been rumored to happen). I see myself eventually working for a film company; it's my passion and it's one of the only things that I can do to wholeheartedly express my creativity.
