Reconnecting and my Bio

Well, hello there, everyone! This is actually a re-introduction. After three years of touring my one-woman show (The Stupid Economy) selling out off-Broadway and getting nominated for a Pulitzer Prize I needed a break to refill my coffers! Now, I'm looking to put her back on stage. This time, though, I'm looking for a Director and a Stage Manager. If anyone in the Chicago-Milwaukee area is interested, please, please, please don't hesitate to contact me. Below is my bio :-) Break a leg, everyone! Chrissy Hogue made her stage debut in Queens, New York at the age of six. Since then she has landed starring roles in more than eight first-run theatre productions alone. The Stupid Economy was written for Chrissy by playwright Robert Lynn. For her work as "Medea" in Poison/Heart by Robert Lawson (What Goes Up), Chrissy won a Best Supporting Actor Award and a Best Ensemble Award. Chrissy has won several acting awards including Best Actress, First Place Dramatic Prose, First Place Dramatic Duo, Best Ensemble, Best Supporting Actress, and honorable mentions from Happee Smith Productions' Telly and Addy award-winning Sedona Staffing and Fly Dubuque Airport commercials. In addition to acting, Chrissy is a voice-over artist, filmmaker, choreographer, director, and is a founder of HogueMade Productions.
