I'd normally recommend posting a casting call in the Jobs section (it's free), but seeing how you're probably looking for someone local, it might be tougher. Not too many members from High Level on Stage 32: https://www.stage32.com/people?coordinates=&name=&location=High+Level%2C... definitely less than in Edmonton for instance: https://www.stage32.com/people?coordinates=&name=&location=Edmonton%2C+C... but it might be worth to reach out to them as well, see if they would be interested.
