The play is about London’s booming property market and two couples caught up in it for different reasons. Josh and Steph work in property, setting up deals for overseas buyers looking to bury their money in a city where prices continue to rise. They're thinking big. The studio apartment they live in is just a stopping place for them. Down the corridor, Dave wants to escape the world of local newspapers by exposing the truth about some of the money the property bubble is built on. Gemma is a supply teacher who moved to London to be with him. Dave and Gemma aren’t thinking big. They’re just trying to survive.
