Hello everyone, Today started like most days for myself as a waiter in downtown detroit until a quirky lady picked my brain about life, art and dreams. We spoke for hours, despite my other tables, and she gave me advice about the film industry and her experiences which lead me to this site. Now I'm checking in and exploring the many cool and inspiring posts. I guess you never know how a conversation can guide you in the right direction.

Welcome, Justin! I lived in Ypsi for a few years and went to EMU for a semester or two. Miss the campus, Pub 13, and the snow-covered "Historic Water Tower," (we had another name for it, lol.) Glad you stumbled upon us and you're right - you never know who you're talking to!
Right place right time, that seems to be a large part of this industry.
