Hi All I'm wanting to self produce a play I've written in the LA area. I'm looking for some affordable legal advice on setting up a company and doing a co-production with a theatre. Also about structuring deals with Director, designer etc. Anybody have a good recommendation for a good, but affordable, Entertainment lawyer in the LA area.

I'd start by contacting the LA Stage Alliance and asking if they have some free advice/resources for you. My impression is that there's no need to put the cart before the horse, but that's obviously an assumption on my part based on little info. Good luck!!
