Your Stage : Workshop by Violette Kjeldgaard

Hi there! Wanted to share a really wonderful workshop coming up in about a month. It's all about emotional awareness, access & control from a physical base. The Alba Method is purely somatic, developed by Dr. Susanna Bloch a research neuropsychologist. The instructor is Jessica Beck, a master teacher of Alba, as well as theatre director and Feldenkrais practitioner. She's coming to LA from London. I discovered Alba and met Jessica while I was working on my postgraduate degree at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London. She's just completed teaching 2 Alba Sessions, one in NC and one in London at Rose Bruford College.
