Natalie - Wattpad is pretty good for getting a book out as a serialization, getting some critique, and building a fan base. I've got the first 4 chapters of my stand-alone horror novel Only In Dreams on Wattpad - and I really need to write some more chapters, but life has been so busy with paid editing and writing that I haven't made time for it.
